Bus Tour with Schoenbrunn Palace
During this drive through the city you will see Vienna’s most important buildings.
On the Ringstrasse you will pass the Parliament, the City Hall, the city residence of the emperor, the Hofburg, and world famous Opera. Thereafter the drive will take you through the Wienzeile with the Art Nouveau houses of Otto Wagner to Schönbrunn Palace. The palace was built around 1700, but it was Maria Theresa who, in the mid-18th century, first made it the Imperial Summer Residence which it remained until the end of the monarchy.
Today Schönbrunn and its Baroque gardens are the most visited site in Austria, and a UNESCO World Heritage property. We offer guided tours through the palace, whereby you can choose the Baroque apartments of Maria Theresa (Highlight Tour) or the 19th century quarters of Emperor Franz Joseph and Empress Elisabeth (Imperial Tour)..
