When you contact us by using the request form or sending an email we will keep your data provided to us for a period of six month. This data is used for preparing an offer.

When you finalize a booking your data will be handed over to the respective Guide who will be your Tour Guide. The further use of your data is then subject to the legal responsibility of the Guide. We keep your data provided to us for a period of six month. We will treat any supplied data strictly confidential. After a period of six month your data will deleted by Association of the Licensed Viennese Tourist Guides.

You can sign up for our newsletter by sending your email address and language (information regarding your language). We use the double opt-in version which sends a new subsriber an email containing an activation link. When the link is followed, the user is added to your mailing list. Your data is saved in our database, and will be erased in the event of a withdrawal.
