One unit: max. 2 hours within Vienna (walking), max. 3 hours within Vienna (by bus), max. 4 hours outside Vienna. Double fees if a morning tour ends after 1:30 pm. Any unit includes a maximum of 2 hours walking.
Price of the bus and admission fees are not included! Should you require an offer for bus charter, minibus or limousine service the guides will be glad to assist you. This applies to Segways as well. Prices do not apply to specialist services rendered by the tourist guide such as interpretation/translation, visit to temporary exhibitions, or lectures.
In case of delay of the customer the guide is obliged to wait for the customer for 30 minutes at the arranged meeting point. The customer on his part is obliged to wait for the guide for 15 minutes. Waiting time on behalf of the customer will affect the duration of the tour accordingly.
If for any unforeseen or unavoidable reason the guide is not available, he/she is obliged to organize another qualified, licensed Vienna Guide in his/her place.
Payment: Cash directly at the meeting point or after the tour. Other terms, e.g. cash in advance, can be arranged directly with the Vienna guide.
Conditions of cancellation: Up to 14 days prior to tour: free of charge; between 14 and 3 days prior to tour: 50% of agreed price; thereafter 100% of agreed price.
